Booking is not confirmed until the payment has been successful. Booking is refundable before 7 days of your arrival. Full charge will be applied when doing the booking. Because each booking requires a lot of logistics to bring you into the desert, in the event of cancellation or not showing, the full amount will be still charged. If you let us know 7 days in advance we will issue total amount.

Note: Above cancellation policy will be not applicable for diwali period (before and after 10 days of diwali) and for the new year period (from Dec’18th till Jan’5th). Reservation will be marked as non refundable for these period.
